Embracing Equity: Microaggressions under the Microscope

There’s Nothing Micro About Microaggressions: Join Our Webinar

On Wednesday 3rd May at 11am, we will be hosting a webinar on the first of our Embracing Equity topics – microaggressions against women in the workplace.

According to the research Women at Work 2022 – A Global Outlook by Deloitte, the past year has spurred a period of change for many companies and employees, one that has brought both opportunities and challenges.

Many employers have worked hard to take what they learned during the first year of the pandemic and combine it with more traditional ways of working. However, the responses of 5,000 women in the workplace across 10 countries makes clear that the pandemic continues to take a heavy toll on women. Harassment and microaggressions are on the rise— and very often go unreported.

Join us for this webinar as we put microaggressions under the microscope, discussing the research, and what actions and strategies organisations could implement to reduce microaggressions in their workplace. We will also be sharing our own journey of how we’re supporting and protecting our own female talent, and our drive to create an equitable, supportive and inclusive workplace that enables the future to work for everyone.
